| The basic history of the Band "frantic on march" goes back to March in the year 2000. Holger (Gitarre) and Alex (Bass) who knew each other from times they played in the band Eyehatefish, decided after a four year break, where they followed their own interest, to get together again and make music. They started as a trio to work on the structure of the first songs, which are the basic of the repertoires of the band today. |

| Lack of ambition and know how, of the drummers made several changes necessary, till one year later, march 2001, we found Salvo (Gitarre) and Vali (Drums) members of a band Jonestoe, which had just broke up. A few weeks later, through friends, we got the address of Moni, who was the singer of the southbadisch Thrash Metal Band Sardonic, and who after eight years wanted to let hell loose again. It took an e-mail, and after searching for so long, we finally where complete. The five of us worked hard on the songs, until one fine sunny day in the summer, the hyperactive Jumping Jack Christian turned up and boosted the songs with a good rap. This "Daisy with out aggression" was exactly what we needed to give the Crossover-Sound of "frantic on march" the last final polish.

| At the end of summer, we had a program of 13 Songs together, of which we made a selection to record, before we decide in the spring 2003, which of the songs are best for the concert. The, without exception, good critics we got for the CD "RISE" (Metal-Hammer, Spunk, Sony`s Metal Heaven) and the Concerts, was an other kick for the band. Above that, the band could place itself on the HITPACK- Sampler of the Sparkasse on place 6 out of 50 Bands. |

The Band started the year 2003 with success: She could play on a few good Concerts, compose new songs, got a new rehearsal room, which was at least dry. The preparations for the recording of the 2nd CD was in action, when the Band was beginning to tear apart. After a lot of discussions, it was clear, that Salvo, Vali and Christian would leave the Band. We separated and wished each other lots of luck on their future musical way. At the end of the year we then found a suitable man for the drums: Stephan "Filthy" Schor which could look back unto long career as a drumer. and he had played in cover bands. The year of 2004 we used to firm up old songs, write new ones, and play on various concerts. The search for a second guitarist was more difficult then we thought, so we started the production our new CD Somer.2005 beeing only 4 members. Because of personal fate and family circumstances, the recording had to be put on ice for another year. During that time the band wrote new songs and had a lot of Live-Activities. In the Autumn of 2006 Stephan Schor left the band because of a new live situation. Early 2007 Philipp Reiber, (Ephemera’s Party ) joint the band for (he leased himself) the recording of the second CD "Exit", which was on the market 1st of August 2007 . After we finished the recording session, drummer Lothar Siebler joint us as a member and is getting ready for the first debut of our CD on the 20th of October in Rheinfelden and other LIVE-Presentations of the new songs in the Autumn/Winter 2007.
From fall 2007 we tested the song material, with Lothar Siebler, of its( live) suitability. After a short guest performance with the jazz legend Udo Munz on the drummer stool, frantic on march was lucky to welcome Ingo Rind on the basins. For the year 2009, the band intends to compose new songs and show more live presents.
